Agreement
By registering as a seller on 123event.eu you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
Sellers must be legal entities or individuals aged 18 or over.
Commission & fees
123event.eu charges a commission of €0.90 per transaction, €0.10 per ticket, and €0.10 per add-on sold, all excluding VAT.
Compliance
The seller will be informed in the General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy that the administrator reserves the right to refuse a seller or pause events if they violate the general terms and conditions. If the seller continues this behaviour, the administrator reserves the right to permanently remove the seller from the platform.
Payouts
Payouts are initiated by the platform administrator after event completion. Both seller and administrator receive email confirmation.
