By purchasing tickets through 123event.eu you agree to these terms and the organiser's event-specific rules.
Refunds & cancellations
Refund requests must be submitted via the 123event.eu website. Refunds are processed by the event organiser. Service fees are non-refundable.
Your tickets
Tickets are sent to your email address after successful payment. Keep your tickets safe — they cannot be replaced if lost except via our ticket resend service.
Lost tickets
Use the ticket resend feature at 123event.eu/resend-tickets to recover lost ticket emails.
